• UPI Information

Users providing incorrect or fraudulent information may face account suspension or permanent termination.

5. Products and Purchases

Back to Natures Lap offers herbal and wellness-related products through the application.

All purchases are subject to:

6. Payment Terms

Payments are securely processed through Razorpay or authorized payment providers.

By making payments through the app, users agree:

• That payment failures due to banking or technical issues are outside Company responsibility
• That completed successful transactions are treated as confirmed purchases

The Company does not store sensitive debit/credit card details.

7. MLM Referral Program

Back to Natures Lap operates a 4-level referral reward system.

Users may earn commissions through eligible referrals subject to Company policies.

Commission Rules:

• Earnings are limited to 4 referral levels
• Commissions are based on eligible purchases and qualifying activities
• Commission structures may change periodically

The Company reserves the right to:

• Modify commission percentages
• Hold payouts for verification
• Reject suspicious or fraudulent earnings
• Suspend accounts involved in misuse

8. Commission Withdrawals

Users may withdraw eligible commissions to:

• Registered Bank Account
• Approved UPI Account

Withdrawals are subject to:

• Successful KYC verification
• Minimum withdrawal requirements (if applicable)
• Internal compliance and fraud checks

The Company may delay or reject withdrawals where suspicious activity is detected.

9. No Guaranteed Income

Back to Natures Lap does not guarantee earnings or fixed income.

Referral income depends on:

• Personal effort
• Referral activity
• Product purchases
• Team performance

Any examples of earnings shown on the platform are illustrative only and should not be considered guaranteed results.

10. Refund and Cancellation Policy

No Refund Policy

All product purchases, memberships, activations, subscriptions, or payments made through Back to Natures Lap are final and non-refundable.

No Cancellation

Orders or payments once successfully processed cannot be cancelled.

Users are advised to review all details carefully before completing transactions.

Exceptions may only apply where required by applicable law.

11. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Create fake or duplicate accounts
• Engage in fraud or deceptive referral practices

13. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for:

• Business losses
• Referral income expectations
• Service interruptions
• Technical issues beyond reasonable control
• Payment gateway failures
• Third-party actions

Use of the platform is at the user’s own discretion and risk.

14. Account Suspension or Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice if users:

• Violate Terms & Conditions
• Engage in suspicious activity
• Submit false documents
• Abuse the MLM system
